A. Once you have completed the payment, you will receive an email that allows you to download your session and use at your convenience.

Q. How to prepare for my hypnotherapy session?
A. We are all busy people, but we must set aside the time and space for ourselves. Put your phone on silent, get comfortable and relax. For a list of tips on how to get started Click here.
Q. How long will my hypnotherapy session last?
A. Each session varies slightly but they are all written and recorded to last around 30 minutes.
Q. Do you use hypnosis yourself?
A. Absolutely! We found hypnotherapy to be a major help in our personal growth.
Q. Will it have an effect straight away?
A. Everyone is unique so this is a hard question to answer. Many people only need one session to get results, while others use their session regularly. We advise using your session multiple times.. after all, it's yours so why not?

Q. What does hypnosis feel like?
A. We are all different, so experiences will slightly differ from person to person. Generally a feeling of calm and total relaxation is the most common feeling. For more info on what to expect Click here
Q. Is hypnosis/hypnotherapy safe?
A. Yes. Hypnosis is considered to be a safe and effective therapy for many different issues. Hypnotherapy has very little, if any negative side effects. While it is considered safe for many, people who suffer from certain mental health conditions should not use hypnosis. These include people with a history of psychosis or schizophrenia and people who are suicidal or homicidal. Please seek advise from your doctor or health care professional before you try any treatments.
Q. Can everyone use hypnotherapy?
A. While hypnotherapy is considered to be safe and effective for most people, it should not be used by everyone. People should not use hypnotherapy if they suffer from any of the following disorders:
- Schizophrenia
- Psychosis
- Suicidal tendencies
- Homicidal tendencies
