How to get started

How to get started:

  • Download your session to your device.
  • Find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed.
  • Use the bathroom before your start.
  • Put your phone on silent or flight mode.
  • Make sure you are comfortable and ready to relax.
  • Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.
  • Wear comfortable clothes.
  • Wearing headphones is optional but we really like using them for all our sessions.
  • After your session, take some time to relax and reflect on your experience.

If you need a little more help relaxing before you start, here are some great tips:

  • Take a warm bath or shower.
  • Listen to calming music.
  • Do some light stretching or yoga.
  • Meditate or pray.

Things remember:

  • Be patient 
  • Be consistent 
  • Be open minded

Things to avoid 2 hours before your session:

  • Caffeine or other stimulants 
  • Intense workouts 

We recommend listening to your session regularly during the first week. While many people have positive experiences after just one session, like most things in life, practice makes perfect.
