Downloading your hypnotherapy sessions on iPhone:

How to download your session on Iphone.

• Once you have made your purchase, you will receive two emails. If both do not arrive please check your junk or spam folder. The first email is just an order confirmation, you do not need to do anything with this email, it look like this:

 

 

 

 

 

• The second email contains the link to access your session. Click the link to be taken to the Downloads page: 

 

 

 

 

 

• You will now arrive at the download page, click the "download" button and then confirm on the popup as shown below:

 

 

 

 

• The session will now begin to download, you can see this happening in the bottom left hand corner of your screen. Wait until this is complete.

 

 

 

• Once the file has finished downloading It will now be saved onto your phone. The session will be saved in the "files" app on your device. Open the "Files" app and then click "downloads".

 

 

 

• Your session will appear as shown below, simply click on the file to play your recording, whenever you are ready.
