Our digital sessions are designed to help you overcome negative habits, limiting beliefs, and make positive changes through the power of your subconscious mind. Here's what you can expect:

  • Hypnotic suggestions: We'll make suggestions to encourage new perspectives and habits in your subconscious mind.
  • Deepening techniques: We'll periodically deepen the hypnotic state to reinforce the suggestions and make them even more effective.
  • Custom visualisations: We'll use visual imagery, metaphor, and visualisation to tap into your imagination and help you visualise your goals.
  • Reinforcement: We'll reinforce the suggestions in multiple ways so your subconscious mind has time to fully absorb and implement the changes.

All of our sessions are created by a qualified hypnotherapist. By combining these tailored techniques, we can plant the seeds in your subconscious mind that will then grow into positive changes in your everyday life. How to get started

How to get started:

  • Download your session to your device.
  • Find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed.
  • Use the bathroom before your start.
  • Put your phone on silent or flight mode.
  • Make sure you are comfortable and ready to relax.
  • Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.
  • Wear comfortable clothes.
  • Wearing headphones is optional but we really like using them for all our sessions.
  • After your session, take some time to relax and reflect on your experience.

If you need a little more help relaxing before you start, here are some great tips:

  • Take a warm bath or shower.
  • Listen to calming music.
  • Do some light stretching or yoga.
  • Meditate or pray.

Things remember:

  • Be patient 
  • Be consistent 
  • Be open minded

Things to avoid 2 hours before your session:

  • Caffeine or other stimulants 
  • Intense workouts 

We recommend listening to your session regularly during the first week. While many people have positive experiences after just one session, like most things in life, practice makes perfect.
